From the foundation up.
Before Nicole Lio Design, there were twenty years of poured concrete foundations. That background shows up in every project — an instinct for what a space needs structurally, paired with an eye trained at the Fashion Institute of Technology for color, texture, and proportion. The result is design that looks effortless because the groundwork was never skipped.
